• Separate encrypted workspaces

  Each company’s rate sheets, margin rules, quote history and house format stay in its own encrypted workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

• No cross-customer use

  Your workspace is not available to other customers. Your rates are not retrieved into another company’s quote, and they are not used to train shared models.

• Human approval

  Freitt Quote drafts the response; a person on your team decides what is sent to the customer. The only message Freitt sends on its own goes back to your own desk — it cannot email your customers.

• Source-level audit trail

  Each priced charge records the source sheet, the rate line, the margin rule and the calculation used, so a quote can be reconstructed months later.

• Deletion on request

  Request workspace deletion and we confirm in writing what was deleted and when.

• Access control

  Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service, and rate data is never copied out of your workspace to provide support.
