No. Freitt works beside your TMS, your spreadsheets and your email. There is nothing to migrate and nothing your customers see change.
Any inbox that supports forwarding, including Gmail, Outlook/365, Zoho and cPanel mail. Native Gmail and Outlook connections are coming soon.
Start with one working session: map a rate sheet, set the margin rules and forward a test RFQ. You read the first draft in that same sitting.
Yes. It reads PDF, Excel, Word files and images attached to the request, and it maps your existing rate sheet during setup rather than asking you to re-key it into a new layout.
Software that reads an incoming freight RFQ, structures the shipment details, prices it from approved rates and drafts the customer quote. Freitt does that from your own rate sheets and margin rules, and leaves the send to a person.
Air, ocean and road freight, on the same desk. Each mode prices on its own basis — chargeable weight, per container, per CBM with minimums, per truck — and the margin rules read mode as well as lane and customer.
Freitt flags the gap and drafts a carrier inquiry. It does not invent a price.
Margins come from your rules — by lane, mode, customer or quote value — not from the model. Freitt shows which rule it applied on every quote, so the tenth quote of the day is priced the same way as the first.
A person on your team. Freitt drafts; your team reviews and sends from your own email. Nothing reaches a customer on its own.
Yes. Set a threshold and route those quotes to the right approver before they can be sent.
No. Your rate data is not used to train shared models, and it is not retrieved into another company’s quote.

Starter is $55 per user per month and Growth is $89 per user per month. Annual billing is 15% lower. Enterprise pricing is custom.
